| Global Cooking Systems Launches New Conveyor Ovens
Global Cooking Systems of Wichita, Kansas introduced their new
line of conveyor ovens at the NAFEM (North American Association of Food
Equipment Manufacturers) show in Anaheim, California during September.
The ovens which feature state of the art technology were well received
by visitors to the show. Of the more than 20,000 people who toured the
event, many commented on the clean look and classic design of the product.
Also exciting, the ovens patent pending Global-Mod Control
Cabinets allow for quick removal of the cabinet containing burner, conveyor
drive motor, and electrical controls. Such flexibility is welcome if an
oven goes down at a critical time such as a busy Friday night in a restaurant.
The ovens, available in models 3240, 3255, and 3270, operate on either
natural gas or propane and are currently certified for usage in both the
United States of America and Canada. According to Terry Duckworth, President
and CEO, the ovens created real excitement at the show and we look
forward to meeting the oven needs of the restaurant industry.
